L&P is a boutique practice founded in 1985. Since its commencement, it has been focusing on Banking, Corporate (including IPOs and M&As), Commercial and Funds matters for both advisory and contentious work. In recent years, its practice areas have expanded into FinTech, Wealth Management, and start-ups.
Practice Trainees will be given exposure and training in the firm’s practice areas.
The Practice Trainees will be working closely with their supervising lawyers and other colleagues in the firm.
