Practice Training Contract

Focus Law Asia offers an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and driven law graduate to join our dynamic firm as a Practice Trainee in our Corporate Team.

As part of our Corporate team, you will work at the intersection of law, technology, and business innovation, gaining exposure across M&A, regulatory, banking and finance, restructuring, digital assets, AI, sustainability, data privacy, cross-border ventures, charities, and emerging markets.

We love working with curious, forward-thinking individuals who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow with us. You’ll be part of a warm, collegiate, and collaborative environment that values open learning, initiative, and teamwork.

You will receive direct mentorship from our Directors, who are deeply invested in developing your foundations as a lawyer,  and in building those foundations together with you.

Requirements:
• LL.B. (or equivalent) from a recognised university
• Strong analytical and linguistic skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
