Practice Training Contract

PKWA Law Practice LLC invites applications from aspiring lawyers interested in undergoing their Practice Training in our Matrimonial and Dispute Resolution department.

 As a Practice Trainee at our firm, you will be mentored by one of our directors who will serve as your Supervising Solicitor throughout the duration of your training.

As a trainee, you will be actively involved in every stage of a case from the beginning. This includes attending client consultations, preparing legal documents and affidavits, drafting submissions, conducting legal research, managing client communications, and accompanying our lawyers to court proceedings. 

Our firm has a strong focus on family law covering a broad spectrum of issues such as cross-border disputes, family protection matters, complex interpersonal dynamics, child-related conflicts, and the sensitive nature these cases often entail.  You will also be exposed to general litigation and criminal law. 

We are seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about the law, self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and committed to professional excellence.
