Practice Training Contract

Avant Law LLC, a boutique corporate law firm with lawyers qualified in multiple jurisdictions, is looking for trainees to start or continue Practice Training Contract or Relevant Legal Training in 2024 and 2025. The selected candidate will work closely with our team members on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, private equity funds, VCCs and advisory works.

We believe in developing and grooming the right candidate to maximise his/her full potential with a view to retention. At Avant Law LLC, we impart not only legal skills but also lifelong skills so that the individual will be well equipped to face the different challenges ahead.

We will train the right candidate to think independently, commercially and to develop soft skills needed for legal practice and exposure to a wide variety of corporate and capital market work.
