Practice Training Contract

Angeline Suparto Law Corporation ("ASLC') is inviting applications for Practice Trainee Contracts. 

ASLC is a boutique Singapore law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions involving the Indonesian market.

The applicant must be a holder of a local law degree or a recognised foreign law degree. The successful applicant must be diligent and meticulous and will receive personal and first-hand guidance from the Managing Director of ASLC who has about 40 years of experience in the legal industry. The firm's Managing Director believes in imparting trainees with the requisite skills in legal analysis and drafting together with developing a positive mindset in order to become competent and capable lawyers in future. 

Job Scope:

• Working with the Managing Director to draft and advise on a wide range of interesting cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and cross-border commercial dispute resolution matters; 
• Conducting research and preparing advice on legal issues in relation to clients' matters; and 
• Ad-hoc assistance on corporate secretarial matters.
