Background

JurisAsia LLC is an independent Singapore law firm exclusively associated with Gowling WLG. We are inviting applicants to join us as a Relevant Legal Trainee in the Corporate Department.

Main Role

To assist in M&A transactions, private equity investments and venture capital work. Alongside this focus, there will be opportunities to undertake a spectrum of high quality international corporate work, including joint ventures, group restructurings and project finance.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• energetic self-starters who want to lead
• team-spirited
• commercial with an ability to think on their feet and exercise sound judgement
• able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and their peers internationally
