We are looking to hire senior, mid-level and junior Singapore-qualified Associates to join our award-winning Funds & Investment Management Practice in our Singapore office.

The Rajah & Tann Funds & Investment Management Practice is a close-knit dynamic team regularly ranked as an industry leading Tier 1 practice for asset management practice with an established track record in the private alternatives funds space helmed by leading private funds practitioners.

Requirements

• Singapore qualified lawyer.
• Experience in funds and investment management.
• Good grounding in general corporate law.
• Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
