Receive email instructions from client to issue OC, prepare Draft OC , Statement of Claim and List of Documents for lawyer to sign , efiling, arrange with process server for personal service, etc up to Default Judgment.  You will be provided with template letters , Statement of Claim etc. Communications mostly by email/ whatsapp messages.
