Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-size law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Paralegal to provide support to our corporate secretarial team.

Job Description:

• Providing support to our corporate secretarial team, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, maintenance of statutory records and registers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
• Performing business development activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidates must have:

• The ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels.
• Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail and initiative.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• (Preferred but not mandatory) Post qualification experience with relevant experience in corporate and commercial work/corporate secretarial work.
