We are looking for a paralegal/junior associate to assist our high-performing litigation team.

Corporate/M&A/Funds: 

We are looking for a junior/senior associate & a director to be part of our expanding M&A/funds team. There will be occasional travels abroad (optional) for in-person meetings with clients.  

Our preferred candidates:

(i)                 Singapore Qualified with 1^st or 2^nd Upper Class Honours

(ii)                Have the requisite post-qualification experience in reputable law firm(s)

(iii)               Keen to build a career within the firm

(iv)               A team player

(v)                Motivated, resilient and responsible
