We are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to support our Corporate Practice.

This role suits someone who is confident in handling client office queries, managing billing end‑to‑end, and providing strong administrative and legal‑secretarial support.

Job Description

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the Corporate Practice.

• Handle client office queries professionally and follow through on required actions.

• Prepare and issue bills (including narrations), track billing status, and follow up with clients when needed.

• Prepare, format, and organise legal documents.

• Maintain and update client contact information in the CRM system.

• Open and close matter files; ensure records are complete and properly maintained.

• Coordinate meetings, travel, and seminar arrangements.

• Undertake any additional duties assigned by supporting lawyers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in legal secretarial or corporate administrative roles preferred.

• Strong communication skills, especially in liaising with clients.

• Familiarity with billing processes and document management.

• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines.

• Discreet, reliable, and a good team player.
