Description

We seek a bright and energetic legal associate interested in undertaking interesting corporate transactional, commercial and advisory work. The position comes with plenty of opportunity for guided exposure and the prospect of long term career development.

Requirements:

• Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of post-admission working experience
• Experience:
  
  • Essential: Corp M&A transactions, experience with Private Equity
  • Preferred but not essential: experience with AI, data protection, technology, biotech, pharma
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
