Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates will ideally have at least 3 year's PQE in civil litigation matters with a heavy emphasis on workmen's claims, personal injury from other accidents. Candidates should be able to:

1.   Independently prepare cause papers, documents, proficiency in E-litigation and attend court attendances relating to civil litigation matters.

2.   Able to work independently but have good people skills and able to work closely with a team.

3.   Additional language capabilities aside from English would be an advantage.

4.   Be commercial minded.

5.   Negotiable remuneration structure for candidates with their own book of clients, but not a pre-requisite as there is an existing flow of work.

6.   Apart from civil litigation, candidates will be given exposure to other legal practice areas such as corporate matters and be mentored by an experienced legal practitioner who has worked in listed companies and conglomerates spanning multiple jurisdiction as well as an experienced corporate finance professional.
