Harry Elias Partnership LLP is currently looking for a legal associate/ senior legal associate to join our specialist Construction Team.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years' PQE Singapore qualified lawyer with experience and strong interest in disputes work. Any construction-related legal work experience will be an advantage.
• Analyzing briefs to identify issues to be addressed, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting legal documents including pleadings, submissions, witness statements, agreements etc.
• Corresponding with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice as required.
• Attending, making oral submissions and advocacy at case conferences, interlocutory hearings and evidentiary hearings.
