Legal Associate (Newly called to 3 years PQE)

Description

We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our team, handling civil and criminal litigation before the State Courts and Court of Appeal.

There is 1 or 2 family law (including Syariah divorce), probate, and conveyancing matters in a year.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents;

Communicate with clients, and all external parties;

Assist in trial preparation, hearings, and case management; and

Attend hearings, mediations, and case conferences as required.

Requirements:

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills;

Meticulous, independent, and able to work under pressure;

A team player with strong communication skills.
