Roles & Responsibilities

Harry Elias Partnership LLP is currently looking for a legal associate to join our Insolvency & Restructuring Team.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 5 years' PQE Singapore qualified lawyer with experience with disputes work.
• Analyzing briefs to identify issues to be addressed, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting legal documents including pleadings, submissions, witness statements, agreements etc.
• Corresponding with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice as required.
