Legal Associate, Insolvency and Restructuring

Description

Job Requirements:

• 0-1 year PQE Singapore qualified lawyer, preferably with experience with disputes work
  
• Analyzing briefs to identify issues to be addressed, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting legal documents including legal submissions and affidavits.
  
• Corresponding directly with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice as required.
  
• Attending, making oral submissions and advocacy at case conferences, interlocutory hearings and evidentiary hearings.
• Handling of routine debt recovery files for institutional creditors.
