Legal Associate (General Litigation)

Description

RCP Law LLC is a boutique law firm that manages HNW and UHNW clients from China and elsewhere. Our Litigation Department is looking for 1 highly motivated individual to join our Litigation Department, and the successful candidate can look forward to a challenging and financially rewarding practice in the following areas of law:-

a. Civil / Commercial Litigation;

b. Family Court matters (incl Divorce, Adoption and Probate); and

c. Criminal matters, including highly contested Trials. 

Our hiring requirements are:-

a. Must possess a valid Practising Certificate and/or called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor;

b. NQ to 8+ PQE are welcome to apply; and

c. Some prior experience in litigation would be preferred (but not mandatory).
