Legal Associate (Conveyancing)

Description

The conveyancing and real estate team handles both residential and commercial real estate matters of all natures for individuals and corporations alike.

Matters that we handle are:

• Collective and en bloc sales
• Sale or purchase of HDB property in Singapore
• Financing and mortgages
• Development
• Ownership
• Leasing
• Due diligence and advisory
• Valuation
• Stamp duty
• Government approvals
• Tenancy agreements
• Landlord and tenant disputes

Requirements

· Admitted to Singapore Bar and at least 1 year PQE

· Good command of English, written and verbal

· Must have good interpersonal skills

· Conscientious and a team player

· Able to work independently and a good team player with good attitude
