In-House Legal Counsel

Paradise Group is a homegrown brand of Singapore, we operate 116 restaurants under 12 brands in Singapore and the region (Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China U.S.A, Indonesia, Thailand etc).

We are looking for an in-house legal counsel to work with our appointed legal professionals engaged in various markets to:

1) Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial / corporate matters, including but not limited to:

• Commercial contracts drafting, review and negotiation,
• General corporate legal assistance
• Trademarks management

2) Assist in providing legal support to day to day projects. 

3) Assist in the rolling out / applying the Group’s legal and compliance strategies, policies and procedures.

4) Assist in M&A projects.

Key requirements:

1) Min 4 years post-qualification experience as “corporate lawyer“ in Singapore Law firm:

• Corporate, Commercial, Litigation Experience in Singapore law firm
• Business Acumen
• Trademark, Advertising and/or F&B regulatory experience an advantage
• In-house works experience is a plus

2) APAC and International exposure and capacity to manage legal concerns cross-culturally and internationally.
