Hiring Legal Associates: Conveyancing, Corporate, Dispute Resolution

Due to our continued growth and expanding client base, our firm is seeking dedicated and motivated lawyers to join our dynamic team. We have immediate openings in our Conveyancing, Corporate, and Dispute Resolution departments.

Positions Available:

• Conveyancing Lawyer

• Corporate Lawyer

• Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• For Conveyancing: Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing files, including private residential, HDB, commercial, and industrial properties. Handle all aspects of the transaction from instruction to completion, including drafting agreements, liaising with clients, banks, and relevant authorities.

• For Corporate: Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.

• For Dispute Resolution: Handle civil litigation and arbitration cases. You will be responsible for advising and representing clients in a variety of complex legal matters, including drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, and advocating for clients' interests.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified lawyer with a valid Singapore Practising Certificate.

• Relevant post-qualification experience in Conveyancing, Corporate, or Dispute Resolution.

• Ability to work independently and manage a significant caseload with minimal supervision.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
