Family Law Associate

Description

We are seeking a motivated Family Lawyer to handle divorce, children matters, maintenance, and division of matrimonial assets. You will advise clients, draft pleadings and affidavits, and represent clients before the Family Justice Courts. Responsibilities include managing files independently, attending hearings and mediations, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with the Family Justice Rules 2024.

Candidates must be a qualified Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore with at least 1 year of family law experience. Strong drafting, analytical, and client management skills are essential. You should be able to handle both uncontested and contested matters with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-conflict situations are critical.
