Dispute Associates 0 to 5 PQE

Description

We invite applications from disputes associates between 0 to 5 yr PQE to join our team. The role will involve dispute resolution primarily focussed on arbitration, adjudication and litigation of construction and engineering projects. Applicants do not need to have prior experience, just a willingness to learn. Training and guidance will be provided to properly equip the candidate to quickly gain confidence in the role. You will be guided by Senior and Accredited Specialists (Building & Construction) SAL. The disputes leadership has a combined practice experience in excess of 55 years in both domestic and international dispute resolution; in both domestic and international firms. We particularly look forward to applicants taking a long term career view to the practice of arbitration. Salaries are competitive and commensurate to experience.
