Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role in Singapore for positions including Director, Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Associate. The selected candidates will manage and execute legal projects, represent clients in litigation and arbitration, and provide advisory services to clients in corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing case strategy, advising clients on complex legal issues, and contributing to business development activities.

Successful first-year Singapore-qualified associate will expect monthly remuneration of $8,000.00. 

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of corporate and commercial law, including experience handling cross-border disputes, litigation, and international arbitration.
• Proven expertise in legal domains such as shipping, oil and gas, engineering, construction, infrastructure projects, and insolvency-related cases.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, as well as preparing strategies for complex case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Singapore Bar or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant years of experience corresponding to the level of the role (Director, Associate Director, Senior Associate, or Associate).
