LONGBOW Law Corporation is a boutique corporate Singapore law practice, focusing on:

(1) corporate/commercial transactional work (M&A, corporate reorgnisation, funds);

(2) employment and regulatory advisory work; and

(3) Singapore tax and trust related work.

We invite Associates, NQLs or trainees, with or without relevant experience, to join our growing team.

Experienced candidates currently in the litigation or conveyancing (or in other non-corporate) practice area(s), who are interested to explore corporate practice (perhaps with a long term view to move inhouse) are also welcome to apply.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to work closely with the Managing Director on corporate matters.
