Corporate Legal Associate required

Bayfront Law LLC is seeking motivated individuals with one to two (2) year PQE (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) to join our Corporate practice as Legal Associate. Our Corporate practice covers Mergers & Acquisitions, Funds, and General Corporate work.

We are looking for dedicated, meticulous and driven individuals who are team players, able to multitask and have strong research and drafting skills. Successful applicants are expected to work closely with our Directors and handle a varied case load.

Prior experience in corporate law practice is preferred.
