Loo & Partners is a boutique legal practice founded in 1985. Since its commencement, it has been focusing on Banking, Corporate (including IPOs and M&As) , Commercial and Funds matters. Its practice areas have expanded into FinTech, Wealth Management, and Start-ups in recent years.

We are looking for Associates between 2-6 PQE with relevant experience to join our corporate team.

While we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant PQE, a candidate without the relevant PQE but who is intellectually curious and self-motivated may also apply for the post. We may also offer a Practice Training Contract to a candidate with strong academic records, and good legal research and drafting skills.
