Role Description

We are seeking a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (3PQE–5PQE) to join our Corporate and Commercial Team at CHP Law LLC. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. Responsibilities include handling a variety of corporate and commercial matters, conducting due diligence, drafting legal documentation, providing legal advisory services, and ensuring compliance with corporate laws. The role involves collaborating with clients to address their legal needs and achieving timely and efficient results.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Strong Analytical Skills and a keen attention to detail for assessing legal and financial documents
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions and collaboration
• Experience with Due Diligence processes and familiarity with Finance-related legal matters
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Qualified to practice law in Singapore, with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• A client-centric approach and problem-solving mindset are highly valued
