Our Corporate team is a market leading practice that is recognised by Legal500 and the Asian Legal Business for its corporate and M&A work in the Asia Pacific.

The team is looking for a dynamic and driven Singapore-qualified corporate lawyer with 2 to 3 years PQE. The candidate should possess broad-based experience across a spectrum of corporate matters including M&A transactions, commercial agreements and general corporate work.
