Corporate/M&A/Funds: 

We are involved in a good number of M&A and fund projects and are looking to grow our corporate team of 4 lawyers and 1 paralegal. We are happy to train, and are open to hiring any level of experience, so long as the candidate(s) have the right mindset.

Our preferred candidates:

(i)                 Singapore Qualified with 1^st or 2^nd Upper Class Honours

(ii)                Have the requisite post-qualification experience in reputable law firm(s)

(iii)               Keen to build a career within the firm

(iv)               A team player

(vii)              Motivated, resilient and responsible
