Conveyancing Legal Associate 

·        Admitted to the Singapore Bar

·        1 to 3 years' PQE

·        Able to handle a full range of conveyancing transactions such as sales, purchases, mortgage financing, refinancing, de-coupling transactions & redemptions

·        Meticulous, conscientious and detail-oriented

·        Able to work independently

·        Good interpersonal skills and good team player

·        Some experience in CPF work would be advantageous
