Conveyancing Executive

Alpha Law LLC is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join our growing team. You will be handling the purchase and resale of both private property and HDB transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of property conveyancing transactions, from initial client instruction to completion.

- Prepare and review legal documents, sale and purchase agreements, transfer deeds, loan documentation, and lodging documents with SLA.

- Liaise effectively with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.

- Assist with resolving any legal issues during conveyancing process.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in conveyancing with a local law firm.

- Strong understanding of Singapore property law and conveyancing procedures.

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi task.
