CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE & LEGAL SUPPORT STAFF

Description

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and dedicated staff to join our Conveyancing team:

Conveyancing Executive

• To handle conveyancing matters with experience in CPF works for both private and HDB properties and preparation of documentation on an independent basis.
• To handle e-lodgment
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English
• Well-organized and able to deliver work within the required time frame
• A team player
• Minimum requirement of at least 3 years' experience in the Conveyancing department

Legal Support Staff

• To assist the Conveyancing department in support and administrative work
• Well-organised and able to deliver work within the required time frame
• Possess a good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work well and integrate with our Legal Support Team
