Associate (Corporate & Commercial Dispute Resolution)

Description

We are looking to hire a junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial Dispute Resolution practice group.

What you will do: 

• Handling corporate / commercial litigation, including shareholder and director disputes, banking and securities, restructuring/insolvency work and employment work.
• If required, assist in any corporate and commercial transactions.

What we are looking for: 

• Singapore qualified lawyers (1 to 3 PQE)
• Experience in corporate and commercial litigation
• Experience in corporate and commercial transaction will be an advantage
• Good team player who can work independently
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical ability
• Meticulous, organised and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal skills
