Associate

Description

We are looking for an associate (0 to 4 years PQE) who is driven, diligent, takes initiative, a team player and willing to go above and beyond to achieve expected outcomes, and has good EQ. We do fairly technical work with a steep learning curve, so the ideal candidate should also be inquisitive and willing to learn.

Candidates with prior experience in the practice areas of investment funds, M&A, and/or capital markets would be preferred.

Our associates work directly with the partners, so you can expect to be very hands on from the get go. You can also expect to be mentored in the business development side of practice, as we want our employees to be able to transition from working for us to working with us as soon as possible.
