Associate

Description

We are seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years' PQE to join our corporate and commercial practice. You will gain experience to cross-border transactions and collaborating with international offices within the Eversheds Sutherland network, of which we are a member. Applicants must have a good foundation in company law and experience advising in the FinReg sector is an advantage (not a must). Other qualities we look for are good analytical and communication skills, the ability to work proactively and reliably under pressure and being independent without sacrificing team spirit.
