We are looking to hire a lawyer with excellent communication skills with a positive mindset to join our law practice's Conveyancing Practice located at Suntec City. The ideal candidate is not only legally proficient but also personable, approachable, and skilled at building strong client relationships with the ability to work effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals. 

Key responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters.

• Advise and support clients independently and foster strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional client service.
• Drafting correspondence/opinions/legal documentation.  
• Collaborate with the other members of the Conveyancing Practice.  

• Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and supporting team members.

What we are looking for:

✔ A qualified lawyer with 3 to 4 years PQE in conveyancing practice.

✔Ability to manage clients with empathy, patience, and confidence and who can balance legal expertise with a client-friendly approach.

✔Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work and thrive in a team environment.

✔ Someone who’s approachable, empathetic, and a natural communicator.
