Associate (Corporate)

Description

Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC, a boutique law practice with offices in Singapore and HK, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Corporate Law practice as an Associate.

Requirements:

·      Singapore qualified with 2 to 4 years’ PQE

·      Experience in corporate work in particular in M&A will be a plus

·      Chinese capability will be a plus
