We are Hiring! – Associate / Senior Associate (Commercial Litigation, 1–5 PQE)

Incisive Law LLC is looking to hire a driven and capable Associate / Senior Associate with 1 to 5 years’ PQE and prior experience in Commercial Disputes to join the team.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research, drafting, and file management skills, and be comfortable taking ownership of files from end to end.

The ideal candidate should be competent in both commercial disputes (primarily in the context of High Court suit litigation and commercial arbitration), and have an interest and/or experience in corporate/transactional work. Strong candidates will be trained to excel in both areas of practice.

Role & Responsibilities (Disputes):

• 1–5 years’ PQE, admitted to the Singapore Bar
• Prior experience in Commercial Disputes
• Manage the day-to-day conduct of contentious and non-contentious corporate matters
• Draft, review, and file court documents
• Draft, and review agreements and transactional documents
• Conduct legal research and case law analyses
• With supervision, drafting legal advisories and legal opinions
• Appear in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
• Attend client meetings
• Provide strategic advice and matter updates to clients
