Associate and Para Legal

Description

We are looking for passionate, meticulous and committed Legal Associates to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Handle and manage a broad spectrum of legal matters, with an emphasis on Family Law, Syariah Law and Estate matters.

2.       Draft legal documents, affidavits, pleadings, and submissions.

3.       Represent clients in Court proceedings and mediations.

4.       Conduct legal research and provide clear and practical legal advice.

5.       Attend client meetings with utmost professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

1.       Admitted to the Singapore Bar

2.       1-3 years of PQE preferred (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)

3.       Excellent research, drafting and advocacy skills

4.       Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple files independently

5.       Familiarity with Syariah law and family law is advantageous but not mandatory

6.       Highly motivated team player with integrity, empathy and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
