Practice Training Contract

We are a corporate law practice inviting trainees looking to start or continue their relevant legal training/training contract in 2023/2024. The selected candidate will have opportunities to work closely with our directors and associates in capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, corporate governance and compliance advisory work. We advise on corporate actions for companies listed on both the Mainboard and Catalist Board of the SGX-ST, such secondary fund raisings, securities issues, investments, acquisitions and disposals. We also regularly advise fund managers and family offices on matters relating to offering of securities, licensing and tax aspects for the structuring and managing of funds in Singapore. Recently, the firm has also increasingly been advising start-ups, funds and investments that focus on FinTech.
