Litigation Associate (2 to 5 years' PQE)

Description

We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years’ PQE to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, preferably with experience in insolvency law related work. Successful candidates will have the chance to work on international arbitrations, High Court suits, Appellate Division and Court of Appeal matters. In terms of insolvency work, the successful candidate will be exposed to high value cross border insolvency matters including moratorium and scheme of arrangement application work. In additional the team also regularly advises bondholders on recovery options.
