TSMP’s corporate real estate/financing team is looking for dynamic and driven individuals between 1-3 years PQE to join us.  Our lawyers are given the opportunity to work closely in a number of related practice areas (within and outside the team) and are given a broad exposure to high value transactional work combining the thrust of M&A strategies with the intricacies of acquisition financing. Lawyers with an interest in corporate transactions with a focus on banking/finance and corporate real estate M&A would be a great fit. Relevant prior experience may be useful but we also believe in training our lawyers.
