Corporate Real Estate Associate (1 to 2 years' PQE)

Description

We are looking for a Associate with 1 to 2 years' PQE in Conveyancing and Corporate Real Estate. The successful applicant's designation will be commensurate with his/her relevant experience.

You will be part of our team of corporate transactional real estate lawyers who are involved in real estate financing, dispositions and acquisitions of different real estate asset classes, which include commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential assets. For these transactions, the clients include established institutional clients including developers of project developments, institutional investors for investment grade assets and high net worth individuals, and the transactions may cover collective sales and acquisitions, project financing, mergers, and acquisitions of companies holding the real estate assets.

The successful candidate will be involved in drafting and negotiations and the transactions may include advisory and structuring of different mixed-use asset classes.  Experience in corporate real estate transactions would be an advantage.
